The SignatureGem® 4x5 models are durable, large-sized electronic signature pads. The signing area is large enough to accommodate paper forms or receipts for clients while you maintain a paperless electronic copy. The digitizing pen features interchangeable inking and stylus tips, and the pad is powered only by the computer's data port. With the large, rugged signing surface, these models show the signature on the computer screen only.

The pens supplied with SignatureGem® 1x5 models have interchangeable nibs (one nylon, one inked supplied with the unit) that allow the user to write in ink on paper positioned above the pad, whilst still capturing the signature electronically. Thus paper forms and documents can be completed in both the traditional way with inked pen with signatures also captured electronically.

The "-HSB" model is a USB-connected device which uses the Human Interface Device (HID) class of USB driver built into Microsoft Windows and other leading operating systems and computers.

This model has a three-year Manufacturer's Warranty. However, even after this warranty period has passed (or if the repair is outside the terms of the warranty) we can offer a lifetime service to repair or refurbish the unit (if possible) for a modest charge.

The "-R" suffix, common to all our products denotes a product that is RoHS compliant. RoHS, also known as Lead-Free, stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. All applicable products in the EU market after July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance. RoHS impacts the entire electronics industry and many electrical products as well.

We supply free software and tools to enable the successful adoption of our signature pads into your business.
Our free e-signature software supplied with every unit includes plug-ins for common office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat), and free software development toolkits for developed-integration into your own applications.
In addition, we also offer many worked examples of technologies and applications, and developer and end-user "how-to" guides. Developers have found these invaluable in experiencing working solutions rather than theoretical code. We provide code samples, and snippets that can be used in your own applications.
We have some ready-to-use components to make life easier for application developers. These include an Active-X control to manage signature capture, and a "SigCompare" utility that allows you to compare signatures captured with our technology "live", seeing the manner and style of the created signature in addition to the flat image.
We have a free technical support service at both end-user and development levels, and will be happy to assist any user or developer with successfully developing with, implementing and using our technologies.
